Fall Training Kickoff with AOK PT & Rogue Running
Whether you’re gearing up for your first half or prepping for another marathon cycle, this is your chance to check in on your body and your training plan. Come down to Central Austin for free 15-minute 1-on-1 check-in with Dr. Jack Dowling of AOK PT and an opportunity to connect with one of the best run groups in Austin!
7:00am run lead by the coaches at Rogue Running. 3-7 mile options available. All levels welcome!

6:00-8:00pm at Central Machine Works
Booty Band Warmup & Injury Screens with East Side Beer Runners
Kick things off in East Austin with a fun booty band warmup—plus, take home your own AOK PT booty band! Enjoy food and drink specials from Central Machine Works, and stop by for free injury screens with Dr. Jack Dowling of AOK PT from 6:00–8:00pm.
The social run (3 or 5 miles) starts at 6:30, then stick around for drinks and good hangs all night! All levels welcome, Always!

We’re teaming up with Meanwhile Brewing in East Austin to host a special community gathering ahead of this year’s Austin Distance Challenge.
Whether you’re already registered for the Distance Challenge or still considering it, we’d love for you to join us. It’s a great way to connect with fellow runners, learn more about the series, and build momentum for the season ahead!
The Morning Jo’s Social Run + AOK PT Injury Screens
The Morning Jo’s (TMJ) was founded in 2017 by Rachel W. to create a safe space for runners and walkers in the early hours of Austin, Texas. Come out and meet one of the largest run groups in town and see why it’s so popular. Run (or walk) down to the Capitol and back with pacers of all paces, from 7-12 minute miles. Stay for an injury screen at the AOK PT tent!

Nike Training Workout & DJ Beats with AOK PT
Join us at the Nike Training Studio in Central Austin for a high-energy morning of cross training designed to help you move like a pro athlete. After class, stick around for live DJ beats and enjoy drinks from a local brewery (NA options available).
