Austin Runners Club Community Run at Zilker Brewing

Austin Runners Club is excited to announce a new community partnership with Zilker Brewing Company, and will be celebrating with a fun run from their taproom on Monday, July 28 at 6:30 PM. In collaboration with Austin Triathlon Club, ARC is hosting an evening full of movement, recovery, and connection — and all are welcome to join. The night will kick off with a 5K group run open to all paces and experience levels. After the run, participants are invited to enjoy a variety of post-run perks, including:

  • Discounted beers from Zilker Brewing

  • Injury screenings from AOK Physical Therapy

  • Complimentary massages from Brave New Love

  • Demo running shoes and recovery footwear from Dick’s Sporting Goods

  • Cold plunge recovery sessions provided by Melt Well

We’ll take a quick look at your movement, mobility, and mechanics—and give you personalized recommendations to help you train smarter, feel better, and stay injury-free.

Strength Training Essentials for Runners & Injury Screens at Nike Strength

Join AOK Physical Therapy for a special workshop designed specifically for Austin’s vibrant running community. Led by the PT’s at AOK PT and The lead coach of Nike Strength Studio, this hands-on session will give runners the tools they need to move well, stay strong, and prevent injuries.

Through a combination of lecture, guided movement, and practical strength training strategies, you’ll learn how to:

  • Improve mobility and stability for better running mechanics

  • Address common imbalances that lead to overuse injuries

  • Build a smarter, more sustainable strength routine to support your miles

  • Train with confidence, whether you’re prepping for a race or just running for joy

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Kerr County Disaster Relief Fund, directly supporting families and communities impacted by recent flooding.

Whether you’re part of a local run club, or a solo runner who is looking to stay pain free or address a current injury, this workshop is for you. Come learn, move, and give back.

Free One on one injury screens will be provided before the workshop for those who register. Make sure to sign up in advance to secure a timeslot.

Join Rogue Running and AOK Physical Therapy for a free community run + injury screen event. Whether you’re gearing up for your first half or prepping for another marathon cycle, this is your chance to check in on your body and your training plan.

What’s Happening:

  • Community Fun Run

  • 3–7 mile options with maps + pace groups

  • All levels welcome (really)

  • A chill way to meet your training crew and get those miles in

  • Free Injury Screens with AOK PT

  • 15-minute 1-on-1 check-in with a licensed physical therapist

  • Quick movement screen + expert insight

  • For any ache, pain, tightness, or just something that’s been bugging you
